This is a strictly short-term let available from 01 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 (maximum 3-month stay).

Why short-term? The property will undergo full renovations starting exactly on October 1st, after which the landlord will either be moving back in or selling the house. If you only need a London base for the summer months, this timing is perfect for you!

Bathroom: A large, shared bathroom featuring both a full bath and a shower.

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable and respectful living environment for everyone, please note the following house rules:

✓ No parties or events allowed
✓ No smoking inside the property
✓ Room is for single occupancy only (1 person)
✓ Please respect shared spaces and other residents

Additional Fees & Deposit

✓ A one-time final cleaning fee of £80 applies.

✓ A £200 refundable damage deposit is required to secure the room. The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection and no damages beyond normal wear and tear.
